Writing is an activity to distribute our ideas or imaginations in to a text. There are many different types of writing. One of them is fable. Fable is a fictional story with animals as characters. The main purpose of fable is to provide moral value and entertain. Fable’s structures are exposition, climax and resolution. Exposition is the beginning of the fable that introduces the characters, time and place. Climax is the middle of the fable that contains conflicts or problems. Resolution is the end of the fable. 2.      Find the topic.

Topic is a main idea of the story that you will write. It helps you to find and arrange sentences coherently. Topic provides general description of the story.

3.      Make an story line

Story line will guide you to write a fable. The story line contains descriptions of the characters, places, time and plot. It helps you to organize your story and through storyline you know where the story starts and where the story ends. It also helps you to limit introducing characters.

4.      Describe important characters

In your story you might use a lot of supporting characters. Avoid describing the supporting characters in detail, just describes and emphasizes the main character. It will make readers focus on main character.

5.      Use consistent point of view

Point of view is the characters or authors tell the story through his/her perspective. Point of view is divided into three; first person, second person and third person. Choose which one point of view that you want to use in the story and use it consistently from the beginning until the end of the story.

6.      Use figurative languages.

Figurative language is used to deliver messages imaginatively. It makes your story more interesting.

7.      Avoid using negative words

The purpose of writing fable is to teach children through moral values that contain in the fable, but if the fable contains a lot of negative words it is not good for the children. They will imitate what they see and hear. So don’t use negative words such as kill and so on.
