Study Tour to Java Island

Three years ago when I was in senior high school I went to Java Island especially Jogjakarta and Malang. It was a study tour. I did it with my friends and my teachers. We went to study tour for 4 days.  It was my second times to go to Java Island. We gathered at school at 7 a.m. My teachers gave us some advices and we left our school at 8 a.m.

The journey from Bali to Jogjakarta took a day. We were exhausted because we couldn’t sleep well along the journey. We arrived at hotel in Jogjakarta at midnight. I shared room with my friends. There were three people in a room. After we got our key to access our room, we went into it and took a rest. We began our first day in Jogjakarta by visiting Borobudur temple. It surrounded by beautiful scenery. The atmosphere was so cold. After that we went to Prambanan temple. At Prambanan temple we didn’t come into the temple because the temple was under construction. In there, I tried traditional pancake or serabi. It was made from coconut milk and flour, it was delicious. After visiting Prambanan temple we went to Malioboro. At Malioboro I bought some souvenirs for my family and took some photos with my friends. We went to the hotel at 8 p.m. We had to prepare for tomorrow because we would check out at 10 a.m. We only had one day in Jogjakarta and tomorrow we would continue the journey to Malang. The journey from Jogjakarta to Malang not was long was from Bali to Jogjakarta. We arrived at Malang in the night. The next day, we went to apple garden in Batu to pick apples. The apple trees were short so I didn’t need much effort to pick it. The garden was dusty and sometimes the dust got into my eyes. We had to pay for the apples that we pick. Then we visited Jatim Park 2. I came into animal museum. There were a lot of animal such as Tigers, bear, leopards and many more. After that my friends and I visited the haunted house. It was creepy. There were many Indonesian such as kuntilanak, pocong, flying had, sundel bolong and many more. We also don’t forget to play flying tornado. I screamed a lot and I could hear my heartbeat. Because the time was limited we couldn’t explore more. We had to back to hotel and tomorrow we will back to Bali.

It was very nice and memorable experiences. Slept in the bus along the journey, shared room with friends and a lot of silly things during the journey will be missed. I had so much fun with my friends and I hope someday I could be there again.
